Welcome to Vessel Hub! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, platforms, and products ("Services"). By accessing or using Vessel Hub's Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Registration and Access

Accounts will be granted access within 12 hours of registration. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Vessel Hub is currently in its beta phase. Features and services may be subject to change or improvement without prior notice.

2. Use of Services

Vessel Hub is intended for personal or business use. Users may not use Vessel Hub for unlawful purpose, spamming, or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. All content created by sub-account users within Vessel Hub is solely owned by the respective users. Vessel Hub retains no ownership or rights over user-generated content.

3. Subscription Fees and Payments

Vessel Hub charges monthly subscription fees for access to the platform. You will not be charge during your trial period. After trial, your card will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after your billing date, access will continue until the end of your paid billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Intellectual Property

Vessel Hub's tools, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of Vessel Hub. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use these resources for their intended purpose. User-generated content remains the sole property of the user. Vessel Hub does not claim ownership of any content created using the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Vessel Hub collects and processes user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Vessel Hub, you consent to this data collection. Vessel Hub will take reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vessel Hub is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use Vessel Hub.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vessel Hub's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Vessel Hub be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Vessel Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Modifications

Vessel Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
